General provisions

These terms and conditions and any additional terms posted on the Site together constitute the entire agreement between Abyss Studios, s.r.o. and you with respect to your use of the Site. The failure of Abyss Studios, s.r.o. to require performance of any provision hereof shall not affect the full right to require such performance at any time thereafter; nor shall the waiver by Abyss Studios, s.r.o. of a breach of any provision hereof be taken or held to be a waiver of the provision itself. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
